Smoothie of the Day: Yellow Fruit Smash

1/2 -3/4 cup of Pineapple Juice

1/2 Banana

1 cup of frozen mangos

5 slices of frozen peaches

2-3 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt, chilled OR frozen

Blend all together in a blender until smooth or desired consistency. To avoid a blender catastrophe I generally add all items that are not frozen and then blend in one frozen ingredient at a time.

1-2 servings.
