Baked Cinnamon & Sugar Tortillas with Caramel Sauce and Bananas

 

Mix together about 2 teaspoons of Sugar and about ½ – ¾ teaspoon of Cinnamon
Melt about 2 tablespoons of Butter
Brush melted butter over tortillas, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the tortillas.
Cut in fourths or eighths depending on the tortillas size. I used small homemade tortillas so I cut them in fourths.
Put into a glass baking dish and cook in the oven on 350 for about 5-7 minutes or until desired crispiness.
Let cool or serve warm topped with caramel and sliced bananas.
I used one of those small caramel packages used for apple dipping and sliced in two bananas (we’re trying to up our potassium intake).
